Eight local sporting clubs will share in $11,000 in cash giveaways at the 2024 Group 2 Sportsbet Warragul Cup on 12 January.
Local sporting clubs and leagues have been randomly matched to Friday night’s Warragul Cup finalists, with the club/league aligned with the winning dog to claim a top prize of $5,000.
Warragul Greyhound Racing Club General Manager Tony Mitchell said there’ll be a strong sporting theme throughout the night.
“We’re looking forward to hosting a number of local sporting clubs at the Warragul Cup, and we’ll also have AFLW stars Monique Conti and Ellie Blackburn (Western Bulldogs) on course to meet the fans,” Mitchell said.
Warragul Cup night will also incorporate a casino theme as part of the festivities.
